We always aim at making sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email our customer support and we will be sure to take care of it. We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving your package in order to process a return. Please email email@example.com to get your return process started.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of you receiving your package.
• We do not allow returns of products that are opened, used, or with broken seals.
• We do not allow returns without an order number or a packing slip.
• If a returned product is opened and/or damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• Your unopened product must be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip with the order number and your name and address.
• If a return is requested after the 30 day window has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• Unopened product(s) being returned must be mailed back to us within 15 days from when the return request was authorized by Allura Superfoods.
• Shipping fees are not included in the refund for a returned product.
• Gift cards are not returnable.
