Refunds & Returns
We always aim at making sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we're happy to help. Just email our customer support and we will be sure to take care of it. We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving your package in order to process a return. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get your return process started.
After we receive your returned item and approve it, a refund will be issued within 1-5 business days (M-F). Shipping is not refundable.
If your package is lost or stolen, we may be able to issue you a full or partial refund for the cost of the package contents. Please email email@example.com for additional assistance.
If an item is damaged or defective when you receive it, we can either replace or refund your order. Please start an exchange process by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of you receiving your package.
• We do not allow returns of products that are opened, used, or with broken seals.
• We do not allow returns without an order number or a packing slip.
• If a returned product is opened and/or damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• Your opened product must be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip with the order number and your name and address.
• If a return is requested after the 30 day window has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• Unopened product(s) being returned must be mailed back to us within 15 days from when the return request was authorized by Allura Superfoods.
• Shipping fees are not included in the refund for a returned product.
• Gift cards are not refundable.
